Stunning beach with friendly smiles

The beach at Crystal Bay is breathtaking, providing a postcard-perfect backdrop for sunbathing or relaxing. The staff's warmth and helpfulness were genuinely uplifting, and the daily breakfasts were a delight.

Our bathroom water supply was spotty, which made things a bit inconvenient. Although the service did their best to address it, this issue affected our stay at times.

All fine, but staff communication issues.

Maintenance has taken a hit. expect poorly kept buildings and surrounding areas, like the trails and gardens. Breakfast is quite limited and resembles a low-cost canteen. the restaurant prices are significantly inflated compared to local eateries, which is a bit of a downer. You might also encounter some maintenance issues, such as clogged drains that go unaddressed. Lastly, the crowding on the beach can detract from the experience, as it tends to get packed, making privacy a rare luxury. It can also attract outside guests who use the facilities, which might feel intrusive.

Beautiful beach, but facilities need improvements.

Amazing views and cozy vibes!

We spent 5 nights in a cute 2 bedroom cottage with killer ocean views. Loved chillin’ in our cabana when not snorkeling. The beach was super clean, great for family hangouts. The restaurant had yummy food and decent prices. One small hiccup was the Wi-Fi – it was spotty at times, but overall, a fab stay!

We stayed in a Superior Garden Villa for 16 nights, and it was perfect for our family! The interconnecting rooms were a game changer for privacy with the kids. The AC was super effective, and the room was spacious. The smart TV was a nice surprise. We also appreciated the safe and fridge for keeping snacks cool. The grounds felt peaceful with wildlife sounds mixing in, which was an escape from the outside world.

the location is amazin with a beautiful beach and nice pool overlooking the jungle. it’s great to chill by the pool for food and drink, even tho it can be a bit pricey. they have fire shows twice a week which is fun. super easy to rent scooters and explore around like the nearby koh samui mall in just 15 mins. close to lamai and chaweng beach too!

some parts of the resort feel a bit dated and could use some fixing. also, the paths to the rooms aren't well lit at night, which can be a bit dangerous.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a lovely restaurant, and excellent outdoor swimming pools. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette on my first visit. I highly recommend enjoying a full body massage!

We had an amazing week with a stunning ocean view from our private pool villa, and the Thai breakfast with rice soup was a total winner. the outdoor paths were poorly lit at night, which made navigating a bit tricky. I would definitely come back!

The staff were amazing, always smiling and checking in. The beach was clean with beautiful sunsets. Breakfast had plenty of options, and those fire shows? Absolutely a highlight!
